Welcome to Private Class Bali. By booking our services, you (the “Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, professional, and reliable healing journey for everyone involved.

Intellectual Property Notice

All content, including bespoke class sequences, instructional tutorials, and digital media, is the exclusive intellectual property of Private Class Bali (PCB). Our offerings are a distillation of the professional expertise and years of experience held by our instructors. This content is provided solely for educational and wellness purposes.

Medical Disclaimer

The information provided by Private Class Bali (PCB) does not constitute, nor is it intended to replace, professional medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or medical treatment. The PCB team and its staff are wellness practitioners and instructors; we are not licensed medical professionals, dietitians, or nutritionists.

1. Booking & Payment Policy

  • Confirmation: A booking is only considered “confirmed” once you receive a confirmation message via email or WhatsApp and, where applicable, a deposit has been paid.
  • Payment Methods: We accept credit cards ( via PAYPAL WITH A 5 % FEES ) , PayPal, Wise, and local bank transfers. Full payment or the remaining balance is due prior to the start of the session unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Currency: All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) as indicated. If paying in cash, we kindly ask for the exact amount as our expert instructors do not carry large amounts of change.

 

To confirm your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total amount is required. This deposit can be paid via PayPal (credit card), with a 5% processing fee borne by the customer. The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the teacher in cash. 💵

Changes to the number of students can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled class. If the number of students decreases less than 48 hours before the class without prior communication, the full amount for the originally agreed-upon number of students will be charged. Increasing the number of students is generally not an issue, but please let us know as soon as possible. 🗓️

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit. 🚫

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Because our teachers travel specifically to your location, last-minute cancellations significantly impact their schedule and income.

    • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable and will be charged at 50 % of the booking value ( we keep the deposit )
    • No-Show: If the instructor arrives at the villa and the Client is not present or cannot be reached within 15 minutes of the start time, the session is forfeited and non-refundable ( PAYMENT 100 % )

3. Health, Safety & Liability Waiver

  • Assumption of Risk: The Client acknowledges that yoga, Pilates, breathwork, and other physical activities involve inherent risks. By booking, the Client assumes all risk of injury.
    • Medical Disclosure: It is the Client’s responsibility to notify the professional yoga teacher of any pre-existing injuries, pregnancies, or medical conditions (including heart conditions or epilepsy) prior to the start of the class.
    • Not Medical Advice: Our services are for holistic healing and wellness purposes only. Our instructors are not doctors and cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions.
    • Release of Liability: Private Class Bali and its instructors shall not be held liable for any injuries, loss of property, or damages occurring during or after a session in your villa or hotel.

IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS ABOUT HEALTH

1. Personal Responsibility & Medical Consultation

At PCB Private classes Bali , your safety is our priority, but your health is your responsibility.

  • Medical Clearance: It is the Client’s sole responsibility to consult with a qualified physician before beginning any yoga or sound healing program. No information provided by instructors should be interpreted as medical advice or a substitute for professional healthcare.
  • Self-Awareness: You are the best judge of your own body. We strictly advise that you do not push yourself beyond your physical limits. If you experience any pain, dizziness, or discomfort, you must stop immediately and seek medical advice before continuing future classes.
  • Communication: While you must inform your teacher of any pre-existing conditions, injuries, or pregnancy before the session begins, providing this information does not shift the responsibility for your well-being to the instructor.

2. Insurance Requirements

To participate in our sessions, all students must possess valid medical or travel insurance. PCB Private classes Bali is not responsible for any medical expenses, hospitalizations, or emergency transport costs incurred by the client.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure your policy covers physical activities such as yoga and sound healing any activities

3. Liability Release & Waiver

By booking a session with ADDA YOGA, the Client hereby waives, releases, and discharges PCB Private classes Bali, its owners, and its instructors from any and all liability. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Personal injury or physical illness.
  • Exposure to communicable diseases.
  • Accidental death.
  • Damage to or loss of personal property. This waiver applies to all activities sustained during or after participation in our sessions, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

4. Villa Access & Logistics

  • Access: The Client is responsible for ensuring the instructor has access to the villa or hotel premises. This includes notifying security or reception of the instructor’s arrival.
  • Space Preparation: The Client must provide a safe, clean, and adequate space for the session.
  • Additional Transport Costs: For sessions located in remote areas (outside our primary hubs of Canggu, Ubud, or Uluwatu), a small transport fee may be applied. This will be communicated and agreed upon during the booking process.

5. Equipment & Property

  • Rental Equipment: If you are utilizing our yoga mats for rent or other props (bolsters, sound healing instruments), you agree to treat them with care.
  • Damage/Loss: Any significant damage to or loss of our equipment while in your possession will result in a replacement fee.

6. Sacred Ceremonies & Cultural Respect

  • Cultural Sensitivity: When booking a Melukat water blessing or Fire ceremony, the Client agrees to follow the cultural etiquette provided by the Balinese healer. This includes wearing appropriate attire (sarongs) when requested.
  • Safety in Ceremonies: For fire ceremonies or cacao rituals, the Client must follow all safety instructions provided by the facilitator to prevent burns or adverse reactions.

7. Professional Conduct

  • Zero Tolerance: Private Class Bali maintains a strictly professional environment. Any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, or illegal activity directed toward our instructors will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund.
  • Safe Environment: Our instructors reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsafe or if the Client appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

8. Force Majeure (Bali Specifics)

  • Private Class Bali shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to: Nyepi (Day of Silence), extreme weather/flooding, volcanic activity, or unannounced local village ceremonies that block road access. In such cases, we will offer a full reschedule.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We value your privacy. Your personal details, location, and contact information are used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your booking. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on our use of cookies and data handling.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled through amicable negotiation or, if necessary, via the appropriate courts in Bali.

Terms of Service

Booking & Scheduling

  • Advance Notice: We recommend booking 24 to 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred instructor and time slot. We will do our best to accommodate same-day requests based on availability.
  • Teacher Requests: You are welcome to request a specific instructor. While we cannot guarantee their schedule, we will prioritize matching you with your preferred teacher whenever possible.
  • In-Villa Requirements: To ensure the best experience, please provide a clean, quiet space with sufficient room for movement.

Payments & Fees

  • Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit (in IDR) is required to secure all bookings.
  • Payment Methods: Deposits are processed via PayPal (a 5% processing fee applies). You do not need a PayPal account; a credit card is sufficient.
  • Final Balance: The remaining 50% balance must be paid in cash directly to your instructor on the day of your session.
  • Discounted Packages: We offer special rates for multi-session packages (5-session, 10-session, or monthly unlimited). Please contact us for current package pricing.

Cancellations & Group Adjustments

  • Cancellations: If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled class, the deposit will be forfeited.
  • Group Size Changes: * To adjust the number of participants, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
    • If the group size decreases within the 48-hour window, the original total price will still apply.
    • We can usually accommodate additional students; please notify us as soon as possible to prepare.

Weather & Rescheduling

  • Rain Policy: Most sessions can be moved to an indoor living area or covered patio. If an outdoor session is impossible, we are happy to reschedule based on your availability. Our instructors can wait up to one hour for weather to clear if needed.
  • Travel Constraints: If a session cannot be rescheduled because you are departing the area, the deposit remains non-refundable.

Equipment & Services

  • What We Provide: We provide all necessary professional equipment, including mats, cushions, blocks, bolsters, and music. You don’t need to prepare a thing.
  • Specialty Services: We offer a variety of experiences, including Floating Sound Healing and private group sessions for families, retreats, or corporate events. Visit our Services page for details.
